Notification Pop-Up - How to create a notification pop-up

Create a New Notification Pop-Up

1. Click "Notification Pop-Ups"
2. Click "Add Notification Pop-Up"
3. Set the 'Notification Pop-Up Settings'
   
   Notes:
   Start Date - If the Start Date is left empty, the publish time will start immediately
   End Date - If the End Date is left empty, the notification will last indefinitely
   Display Type - One-Time Only will only be seen one time, even if they leave and return. Once Per Session will be seen each time they return to the site
4. Style the notification and add content
5. Click "Add Notification Pop-Up"
