Forms - Creating a form (conditional logic)

Adding Conditional Logic to Form Fields

1. Click "Manage Forms"
2. Click "Edit" on the desired form
3. Click 'Add New Form Field'
4. Select the desired type and fill in the details
5. Toggle on the Conditional Logic
6. Click "Add Form Field" to save before adding changes
7. Click "Edit" on the field
