Forms - Creating a form (basic fields)

Creating a Basic Form

  1. Click "Manage Forms"
  2. Click "Add Form"
  3. Set the 'Name', 'Description', and if you want Lead Captures
  4. Add the admin notification email that will receive copies of all submissions for the form
  5. Set a Confirmation Email if desired
  6. "No Field Selected / Blank" will show for now, until you add fields
  7. Enable Google reCAPTCHA if desired (recommended)
