Notification Banner - How to create a notification banner

Create a New Notification Banner

1. Click "Notification Banners"
2. Click "Add Notification Banner"
3. Set the 'Notification Banner Settings'
   
   Notes:
   Start Date - If the Start Date is left empty, the publish time will start immediately
   End Date - If the End Date is left empty, the notification will last indefinitely
4. Style the notification and add content
5. Click "Add Notification Banner"
