Forms - Embedding a form

How to Embed the Form on a Page

1. Click into a content column in the Flexible Content Editor
2. Click into the WYSIWYG text area
3. Select or place the cursor where you want the form
4. Select the "Form Module" option, default or labeless
5. Click this dropdown to choose the form
6. Click "Insert Module"
7. Click "Preview"
8. Click "Save & Close" after previewing your new form!
9. Click "Save Page" to save changes!
